1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or placing a bulk order with Naz Leather Export, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all international and domestic business transactions, sample developments, and manufacturing contracts.

2. Manufacturing & Quality Standards

As a specialized manufacturer, we ensure that all leather goods meet the specifications agreed upon in the Proforma Invoice (PI). Please note:

• Natural Variations: Genuine leather is a natural product; minor variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
• Sample Approval: Production begins only after the physical sample or digital specification is approved by the client.

3. Order Placement & Payments

For international export orders, the following payment terms generally apply unless otherwise negotiated:

• A standard advance payment is required to initiate the procurement of raw materials and production.
• The remaining balance is typically due upon presentation of shipping documents (BL/AWB) or as per the agreed LC (Letter of Credit) terms.
• All banking charges outside India are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Naz Leather Export ships products globally via sea or air freight. Our standard delivery terms are FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) as specified in the invoice. While we ensure timely dispatch from our unit in Delhi, we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping carriers.

5. Inspection & Returns

Clients are requested to inspect shipments within 7 days of receipt. Due to the custom nature of export manufacturing, returns are only accepted if the products do not match the approved samples or technical specifications. Any claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence.

6. Force Majeure

Naz Leather Export shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical failure, natural disasters, or government trade restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
